Warranty

Every new Zpey rod is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidential or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the rod. This warranty cover only defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover fire,theft,loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidential or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country.

Zpey reserves the rights to determine whether to repair or replace any Zpey rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessery. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

For all return shipments within Scandinavia, the original owner will be responsible for a $50 fee for each repaired item to cover shipping, insurance and processing. International customers will be charged a cost for $60.

In order to have a rod serviced, send the Zpey rod directly to us, please send the entire Product, freight prepaid, and insured for its full value. Be sure to include all broken parts or pieces. Package the rod either in its original packaging, or in packaging affording an equal degree of protection as the original packaging.

Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone and E-mail address (if available), as well as a brief explanation of the nature of the problem.

For return shipments within scandinavia, also include a check for $50, or a Visa or MasterCard with the name that appears on the card, and the expiration date. Outside scandinavia, please only give the credit with the name that appears on the card, and the expiration date.
